What is the Aura Society?

The Aura Society is Aura & Ember’s monthly membership designed for fragrance lovers. Members receive $50 in Aura Rewards and can be spent on any retail item in store and experiences! You'll also receive exclusive perks, priority access, and member-only experiences.

What are Aura Rewards?

Aura Rewards are a monthly membership credit added to your Aura Wallet, after each successful membership payment. It can be used toward eligible Aura & Ember products and experiences.

What can I use Aura Rewards for?

Aura Rewards may be used toward eligible:

Candles
Perfume & Cologne
Room & Linen Sprays
Reed Diffusers
Car Diffusers
Fragrance Flights
Public Workshops
Walk-in Fragrance Bar Experiences

Some exclusions apply. (see below)

What exclusions apply?

Aura Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be used toward:

Gift cards
Taxes or gratuities
Shipping
Private parties
Corporate events
Full Custom Fragrance Design services

Do my Rewards expire?

Yes. Aura Rewards expires 90 days after it is added to your Aura Wallet, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your benefits while encouraging regular visits.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date. Your benefits remain active through the end of your current billing period. You may also elect to pause your membership for us to 2 billing cycles. Pausing allows additional time to use your rewards before cancelling.

What happens to my Aura Rewards if I cancel?

Any unused Aura Rewards expires when your membership ends. Be sure to enjoy your balance before your membership concludes.

What is the Formula Archive?

Whenever you create a custom fragrance through an eligible experience, we’ll save your formula so it’s easy to recreate your signature scent in the future. Included in your membership ($20 value)

What makes Founding Membership special?

The first 20 members become Founding Members and enjoy:

Locked-in Founding Member pricing while membership remains active (including pauses)
A Founding Member welcome gift
An individually assigned Founding Member number
Optional recognition on the Aura Society Founders Wall

Can I transfer my membership or Aura Rewards?

No. Membership benefits and Aura Rewards are non-transferable and are available only to the active member.
