All products are handcrafted in small batches, which means slight variations in color, texture, and fragrance intensity may occur — these are part of the charm and authenticity of handmade goods.

We make every effort to keep our website inventory accurate, but in rare cases, an item may become unavailable after you place an order. If that happens, we’ll notify you promptly and offer an exchange, store credit, or full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

Aura & Ember reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Aura & Ember is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or unforeseen weather conditions. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

Due to the nature of our products, all opened or used items are final sale.
Store credit may be issued for unused, unopened items returned within 7 days of purchase.

Return and Refund Policy

At Aura & Ember, every product is hand-poured and crafted in small batches with care. Because our candles, fragrances, and body products are made to order and designed for personal use, we handle returns and exchanges thoughtfully to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Final Sale Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

Perfumes and colognes
Candles that have been lit
Car diffusers, room sprays, and body products

We recommend testing fragrances in person whenever possible, as each scent interacts uniquely with individual body chemistry.

Store Credit Eligibility

We understand that sometimes a fragrance or product may not be the perfect fit. If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a store credit within 7 days of purchase.

To qualify:

Email us at christi@auraember.com with your order number, or where you puchased the item, and reason for the return request.
Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
After the item is received and inspected, a store credit code will be issued for the product subtotal (excluding tax and shipping).
Store credit is valid for 90 days and may be used toward any future purchase.

Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or credit for items that:

Have been opened, sprayed, burned, or otherwise used
Are missing original packaging or safety seals
Were purchased more than 7 days ago
Were clearly tested and approved in person prior to purchase

Courtesy Offers

While returns of used items aren’t accepted, we want every customer to love their experience. In some cases, we may extend a 10 % discount on a future purchase as a thank-you for supporting small, handmade business.
