Luxury Fragrance Sales Associate / Brand Ambassador – Aura & Ember

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Luxury Fragrance Sales Associate/Brand Ambassador for Aura & Ember, a distinguished brand known for its exquisite scents, captivating storytelling, and small batch production.

In this role, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while showcasing our luxurious fragrance collections. Your enthusiasm for beauty and clean ingredients, combined with your expertise in retail sales and product knowledge, will inspire customers to discover their signature scent.

This role begins by supporting Aura & Ember at weekend markets and events, with opportunities to grow into an in-store position as we expand into our storefront.

This position offers a dynamic, hands-on environment where your communication skills and ability to engage customers will directly drive sales and brand growth.

• Engage with customers in a lively, welcoming manner, providing personalized fragrance consultations and product demos
• Support weekend markets and events (setup, selling, and breakdown)
• Represent Aura & Ember as a brand ambassador at markets and in-store
• Guide customers through fragrance selections (candles, perfumes, home scents)
• Upsell complementary products by understanding customer preferences and making thoughtful recommendations
• Maintain organized stock levels through merchandising and inventory management aligned with brand standards
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Support social media awareness and community engagement when needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a seamless, elevated shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an inviting and visually aligned retail environment

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Friendly, confident, and naturally engaging
• Comfortable initiating conversations with customers
• Enjoys relationship-driven sales
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in presentation
• Reliable and punctual
• Passionate about fragrance, beauty, or luxury products (a plus, not required)
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (tables, inventory, and display materials)
• Comfortable standing for extended periods (3–6 hours at markets)
• Willing to assist with full setup and breakdown of market displays
• Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including outdoor markets

• Hourly pay ($12 - $15 pr/hr) + bonus opportunities
• Weekend and evening availability required
