Brand Experience Associate

Part-time | Markets + Upcoming Storefront

Aura & Ember is a luxury fragrance brand built on connection, experience, and unforgettable scent.

We’re looking for the right person to represent the brand at markets and in our upcoming storefront—someone who can confidently engage customers, guide scent discovery, and create a memorable, elevated experience.

This is not a “sit and wait” role. It’s about presence, energy, and the ability to connect and sell with intention.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage customers and confidently start conversations

• Guide scent discovery based on preferences

• Recommend and sell products with ease

• Create a welcoming, elevated brand experience

• Represent Aura & Ember with professionalism and care

Additional Expectations:

• Independently manage full market setup and breakdown, including transporting and arranging all display materials

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40–50 lbs independently (with heavier items handled with proper support or planning)

• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods during events

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Ability to manage the booth independently and represent the brand without direct supervision

• Strong communication skills

• Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus
