Do You Travel To My Location?

Yes! Aura & Ember offers mobile fragrance experiences throughout the Charlotte Metro area and beyond.

How far do you travel

We serve Charlotte and surrounding areas. Travel outside a certain radius may include an additional fee.

What is the minimum group size?

Most experiences require a minimum of 5 guests

How long does the experience last?

Experiences range from 60 to 150 minutes depending on the package selected.

Do I need any experience?

Not at all! This experience is designed for beginners and guided every step of the way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Cash, Venmo, CashApp, and ACH Transfers

Is Payment Required Prior to The Event?

Yes. A paid reservation for the event is required. We do not hold reservations without payment.

Reservations are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled free of charge with a 48 hour notice.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours of your original scheduled date will incur a $45.00/person rescheduling fee.

Only registered guests will be allowed to enter the event, as no spectators or additional guests will be allowed.

Do I need to Pre-Purchase Add-on's?

Yes. This ensures we have all the supplies needed to provide the best experience! If you're interested in adding any additional items, please contact us with the details.

We can also partner with local personal chefs to curate a more customized menu.

Is There An Age Requirement for Events?

Yes. Due to material handling, we require all attendees to be at least 12 years old. Minors must have adult supervision from a parent or guardian. Waivers will be provided beforehand and must be signed before the event.
